“In 1921, England is overwhelmed by the loss and grief of World War I. Hoax exposer Florence Cathcart visits a boarding school to explain sightings of a child ghost. Everything she believes unravels as the ‘missing’ begin to show themselves.”
I watched this movie last night and have to say what a treat it was. The performance by all of the cast was outstanding. This is not your usual ghost story or haunted house plot. The main character has a great role. As the movie is set during the time of the “Great War” it revoles around the need of people to want to believe in an afterlife for the many loved ones that were lost in the war. The characters were believable in their roles and the plot kept you wanting more until it delivers in the end. This film has its suspense as well a small tad of romance, but underneath it all is love. I recommend this to anyone who like suspense or ghost stories. The DVD rental has great behind the scene special features and are a must see as well.
